Delivery Information

All items are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payments via Royal Mail unless otherwise agreed between the Buyer and Seller.


  • Delivery dates mentioned in any acknowledgement of order or elsewhere are approximate only and do not have any contractual effect and the Seller shall not be under any liability to the Buyer in respect of any failure to deliver on any particular date or dates.  Unless otherwise expressly agreed the Seller may effect the delivery in one or more installments.  Each installment shall be treated as a separate contract.


  • Delivery shall be at the Buyers premises unless otherwise agreed by the Seller.  Goods dispatched by the Sellers normal services are subject to a delivery charge - specified at checkout.  Goods dispatched by Special Delivery by whatever kind at the Buyers request are subject to extra charges - to be agreed with the Buyer.


  • If the Buyer refuses or fails to take delivery of goods tendered the Seller shall be entitled to terminate the contact with immediate effect or to dispose of the goods as it may determine and the Seller reserves the right to recover from the Buyer a minimum handling fee of 15% of the total price of such goods which shall be paid by the Buyer within 15 days of the date of invoice.

Unless you have agreed that they can, your consumers cannot cancel if the order is for:-

  • services where you have had the consumer’s agreement
    to start the service before the end of the usual cancellation
    period and you have provided the consumer with the
    required written information before you start the service,
    including information that the cancellation rights will end
    as soon as you start the service
  • goods or services where the price depends on
    fluctuations in the financial markets which cannot be
    controlled by the supplier
  • the supply of goods made to the consumer’s own
     such as custom-made blinds or curtains.
    This exception does not apply to upgrade options such as
    choosing alloy wheels when buying a car, or a combination
    of standard-off-the shelf components when ordering a PC
  • goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned.


We will accept the returned goods from you upon the following conditions:-

If we are satisfied that there is a defect in the goods provided then we shall endeavour to resolve the issue at our discretion and within a reasonable timescale.  Wherever possible goods will be replace like for like or a credit note will be issue for full / part orders.  This policy also applies to personalised items unless the fault is due to Buyer error.


Any faults are to be reported within 3 working days of delivery and the item returned to us within 10 days.
